Job Overview:
We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to join our team on a full-time basis. As a UI/UX Designer at Freelan, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly designs for our clients’ websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms. You will work closely with our development team to ensure that the designs are implemented accurately and meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:
– Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for websites, mobile applications, and other digital platforms
– Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet business goals
– Develop and maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all projects
– Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design and incorporate them into our design process
– Conduct usability testing and make necessary adjustments based on user feedback
– Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders and team members
– Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field
– Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
– Strong portfolio showcasing previous UI/UX design projects
– Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, InVision, etc.
– Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
– Experience with user research and usability testing
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills
– Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
– Attention to detail and a strong eye for aesthetics
