Software Quality Assurance Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software applications through meticulous testing and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans and test cases to ensure software quality
• Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Experience

• Proven work experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Experience with AWS, Windows, JSON, scripting languages
• Familiarity with Jenkins for continuous integration
• Proficiency in testing across various operating systems including Android
• Experience using Jira and HP ALM for test case management
• Nice-to-have: Familiarity with automated testing tools and performance testing concepts
