Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and managing engaging content across various social media platforms to promote our brand, projects, and services. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, and has a strong understanding of digital marketing trends.

• Develop and execute strategic social media plans to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
• Create, edit, and manage high-quality content (text, images, and videos) tailored for different platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, etc.).
• Monitor industry trends and leverage them to improve social media strategies.
• Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies, continuously enhancing skills and knowledge to drive success.
• Develop and maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of posts and campaigns while coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to optimize content and campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align social media content with company objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist, Social Media Manager, or in a related role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, Adobe Premiere).
• Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
