Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare workflows, patient data management, and care coordination.
• Collaborate with business analysts, stakeholders, and end users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Design and implement custom objects, workflows, process builder flows, validation rules, and Lightning components.
• Integrate Salesforce with external healthcare applications (e.g., EHR/EMR systems, patient portals, billing platforms) using APIs and middleware.
• Write clean, scalable Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Perform unit testing, troubleshoot issues, and support QA/UAT activities.
• Maintain data integrity and ensure solutions comply with HIPAA and other healthcare regulations.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and documentation for existing Salesforce applications.
• Stay up to date with Salesforce platform updates, best practices, and new features relevant to healthcare.
• Support end-user training and provide technical assistance as needed.

Qualifications:

Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer, with at least 1 year working with Salesforce Health Cloud (preferred).

Salesforce Platform Developer I certification required; Platform Developer II and Health Cloud certifications are a plus.

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, and REST/SOAP APIs.

Experience integrating Salesforce with third-party healthcare systems and data sources.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance requirements (HIPAA, PHI).

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
