Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled Agile Coach to guide and mentor teams in Agile principles, frameworks, and best practices. The Agile Coach will work with teams, leaders, and stakeholders to foster a culture of agility, continuous improvement, and high performance. This role requires deep expertise in Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean, as well as strong leadership, coaching, and facilitation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Agile Transformation & Coaching: Lead Agile transformations across teams and departments, ensuring the successful adoption of Agile frameworks.
Mentorship & Training: Provide coaching and training to Agile teams, Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership to enhance Agile maturity.
Facilitation: Facilitate Agile ceremonies, workshops, and training sessions to drive Agile best practices.
Framework Implementation: Guide teams in implementing Agile frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, or other relevant methodologies.
Continuous Improvement: Identify gaps in Agile adoption and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
Collaboration & Change Management: Work closely with stakeholders, leadership, and cross-functional teams to drive Agile mindset and cultural change.
Metrics & Reporting: Establish and track Agile metrics, team performance, and process efficiency.
Conflict Resolution: Address team challenges, resolve conflicts, and create a positive Agile work environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Experience: 5+ years of Agile coaching experience, with a proven track record in Agile transformation.
Certifications (Preferred): Certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), ICAgile Certified Agile Coach (ICP-ACC), Certified Agile Leader (CAL), or similar.
Expertise in Agile Frameworks: Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, XP, or other Agile methodologies.
Leadership & Coaching Skills: Ability to mentor teams and individuals at different levels of Agile maturity.
Communication & Facilitation: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address Agile adoption challenges.
Tools & Technologies: Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Rally, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications:

Background in project management or software development is a plus.

Experience in enterprise-level Agile transformations.

Strong understanding of Lean principles and DevOps integration with Agile.
