Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Computer Vision Engineer to develop and implement cutting-edge vision algorithms and machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have experience in image processing, deep learning, and real-time object detection. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product teams to integrate computer vision solutions into innovative applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize computer vision algorithms for image recognition, object detection, segmentation, and tracking.
- Implement and fine-tune deep learning models (CNNs, RNNs, transformers) for visual processing tasks.
- Work with large-scale image and video datasets, including preprocessing, augmentation, and annotation.
- Optimize models for real-time inference and deployment on edge devices or cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with software engineers to integrate vision-based AI models into production systems.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in AI/ML and computer vision.
- Develop APIs and tools to support the integration of vision systems in applications.
- Conduct experiments, analyze performance metrics, and refine models for higher accuracy.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in deep learning, AI, and computer vision technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong expertise in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, and Deep Learning frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with image processing, feature extraction, and object recognition.
- Solid understanding of CNNs, GANs, transformers, and other deep learning architectures.
- Experience with model optimization techniques such as quantization and pruning.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and edge computing (NVIDIA Jetson, TensorRT).
- Knowledge of camera calibration, SLAM, 3D vision, or LiDAR processing is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Knowledge of CUDA, OpenGL, and hardware acceleration techniques.
Ph.D. in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience.
Experience with real-time applications in autonomous vehicles, robotics, AR/VR, or medical imaging.
