Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Web Developer to design, build, and maintain modern web applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in front-end and/or back-end development, ensuring seamless user experiences, high performance, and responsiveness across devices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
- Write clean, scalable, and efficient code while following industry best practices.
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and project managers to bring website concepts to life.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize websites for SEO and performance.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance web functionalities as needed.
- Integrate third-party APIs and databases into web applications.
- Stay updated with the latest web development trends, technologies, and security best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive design.
- Experience with front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js) and CSS preprocessors (e.g., SASS, LESS).
- Knowledge of back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, PHP, Python, Ruby on Rails) and databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git, GitHub, GitLab).
- Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) is a plus.
- Understanding of SEO principles, UI/UX design, and accessibility best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in eCommerce development (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).
- Knowledge of cloud computing services like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
