We are seeking an experienced and motivated Scrum Master to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will facilitate agile processes, coach team members, and ensure that scrum practices are effectively implemented to deliver high-quality products on time. The ideal candidate is a servant leader who can foster collaboration, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide and coach the Scrum Team on how to use agile practices and principles to deliver high-quality products.
• Facilitate all scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and coach the team on how to remove obstacles themselves.
• Build a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame or retribution.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-groomed and ready for upcoming sprints.
• Support the team in achieving high levels of performance and quality, holding them accountable for their commitments.
• Coach and mentor other scrum masters and team members on agile best practices.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by tracking team metrics and identifying areas for growth.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master for at least 2 years, preferably in a remote environment.
• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other agile frameworks.
• Excellent facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with JIRA, Confluence, or similar agile tools.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a distributed team environment.
