- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls to promote and sell products/services
- Identify customer needs and recommend sales solutions

- Work collaboratively with the remote sales team
Requirements
- Proven experience as a call center representative or sales agent
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Comfortable using CRM software, VOIP, and sales tools
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Fluent in English (multilingual is a plus)
