We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Graphic Designer to join our design and marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating visually compelling and user-friendly web graphics, layouts, banners, and other digital assets that enhance our online presence and align with our brand identity. This role requires a strong eye for design, excellent knowledge of current design trends, and proficiency in web design and digital design tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and produce high-quality website graphics, UI elements, landing pages, and email templates.
- Create engaging web banners, promotional graphics, and social media visuals.
- Collaborate with web developers to ensure designs are feasible and implemented accurately.
- Maintain brand consistency across all online visual content.
- Optimize graphics for responsiveness and fast loading times.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to support campaigns with effective visuals.
- Revise and update existing website graphics and layouts as needed.
- Stay up to date with the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Ensure all designs meet usability and accessibility standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2–4 years) as a Web Graphic Designer or similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, typography, and color.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to accept feedback and implement changes quickly.
- Strong portfolio showcasing web and digital design projects.
