Technical Product Manager – Job Description

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Technical Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of innovative products. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a deep understanding of product lifecycle management. You will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and business stakeholders to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Define the product vision, roadmap, and strategy based on business goals and customer needs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to develop and launch products.
Gather and analyze customer feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to drive product decisions.
Write detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with business objectives.
Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.
Monitor key performance metrics and iterate on products to improve user experience and engagement.
Act as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries and decision-making.
Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a technical domain.
Strong understanding of software development processes, including Agile methodologies.
Experience working with engineering teams to develop technical products.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Strong communication and leadership abilities to collaborate effectively across teams.
Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Google Analytics, A/B testing platforms, and product management software.
Ability to balance technical constraints with business priorities to make informed product decisions.
Experience in [mention specific industry, e.g., SaaS, AI, Fintech, IoT, eCommerce] is a plus.
