Job Summary:

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Product Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative products. The ideal candidate will have a strong blend of business acumen, technical understanding, and user-centric thinking to drive product vision, roadmap, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy & Roadmap:

Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
Collaborate with leadership to set product goals and success metrics.

Product Development & Execution:

Work closely with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to deliver high-quality products.
Prioritize and manage the product backlog using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Define clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

User Research & Data Analysis:

Gather customer feedback and conduct usability testing to refine product features.
Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decisions.
Monitor product performance and iterate based on insights.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Communicate product updates and insights with stakeholders at all levels.
Align cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and improvements.
Work with marketing and sales teams for go-to-market strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience: [X] years of experience in Product Management or a related field.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience with Agile methodologies and product management tools (JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.

Experience in [specific industry, e.g., SaaS, eCommerce, FinTech, Healthcare, etc.].

Knowledge of UX/UI principles and data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel).
