Job Summary:
We are looking for a User Experience (UX) Researcher to help us better understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations. The ideal candidate will design and conduct research studies, analyze data, and provide actionable insights that improve the usability and overall experience of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, conduct, and analyze qualitative and quantitative UX research (e.g., usability testing, surveys, interviews, A/B testing).
- Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and developers to integrate research insights into product development.
- Create personas, journey maps, and user flows to communicate research findings effectively.
- Use various research methods such as heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, and card sorting to inform design decisions.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources (analytics, user feedback, and market research) to provide actionable recommendations.
- Develop and maintain a UX research repository to document findings and best practices.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles across the organization.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in UX research.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Sociology, Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in UX research, usability testing, and user interviews.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies and tools such as UserTesting, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or Optimal Workshop.
- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) is a plus.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data, presenting findings in a clear and actionable way.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Experience conducting research for web and mobile applications.
Knowledge of A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
