Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, enhancing user experience, and collaborating with developers and product teams to create seamless digital experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to optimize user experiences.
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and site maps to communicate design ideas effectively.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to implement UI/UX solutions.
- Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms.
- Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.
- Identify and troubleshoot UX issues through feedback and analytics.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in design tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of UI/UX principles, usability, and accessibility.
- Experience with wireframing and prototyping tools.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
Basic understanding of front-end development for better collaboration with
Experience in designing SaaS platforms, mobile apps, or e-commerce websites.
Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
