About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and improving user experiences for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and marketers, to create intuitive and visually appealing designs that enhance user engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs, pain points, and behaviors.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile applications.
- Develop user interface (UI) elements, style guides, and design systems.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth implementation of designs.
- Perform usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Stay updated with design trends and best practices in UX/UI.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, UX/UI, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience in product design, UI/UX design, or similar roles.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, typography, and color theory.
- Experience with prototyping tools and design systems.
- Ability to communicate design concepts effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Preferred Skills
Portfolio showcasing previous design projects.
Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
Familiarity with accessibility and inclusive design principles.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
