Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Penetration Tester (Ethical Hacker) to assess and strengthen our cybersecurity defenses. The candidate will be responsible for identifying vulnerabilities, performing security tests, and providing remediation strategies to protect our systems, networks, and applications from cyber threats.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct penetration testing on web applications, networks, cloud environments, APIs, and mobile applications.
Simulate cyberattacks to uncover security weaknesses and potential data breaches.
Perform vulnerability assessments and exploit security gaps in IT infrastructure.
Develop and document test plans, methodologies, and penetration testing reports.
Provide recommendations and mitigation strategies to enhance security.
Work closely with development, IT, and security teams to implement best security practices.
Research and stay updated on the latest cybersecurity threats, hacking techniques, and defense strategies.
Utilize industry-standard tools such as Metasploit, Burp Suite, Nessus, Nmap, Wireshark, Kali Linux, etc.
Ensure compliance with security frameworks like OWASP, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, HIPAA, PCI DSS.
Conduct red teaming and ethical hacking exercises to assess an organization’s resilience.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience in penetration testing, ethical hacking, or cybersecurity consulting.
Industry certifications such as OSCP, CEH, OSWE, CISSP, GPEN, eJPT, CRTP (preferred).
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, PowerShell, or Ruby.
Strong understanding of network security, web security, cryptography, and exploit development.
Knowledge of cloud security (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.
Experience with social engineering techniques and phishing assessments is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think like a hacker.
