We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to develop, deploy, and optimize machine learning models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machine learning, deep learning, data science, and software engineering. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to create AI-driven solutions that enhance our products and services.
Key Responsibilities
- Model Development: Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models for predictive analytics, classification, clustering, and recommendation systems.
- Data Processing: Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure data quality and usability.
- Algorithm Optimization: Improve model performance using hyperparameter tuning, feature engineering, and model selection techniques.
- Deployment & Integration: Deploy models into production environments using cloud-based platforms, APIs, and ML pipelines.
- Performance Monitoring: Continuously monitor, evaluate, and update models to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including software developers, data scientists, and business analysts, to integrate ML solutions into products.
- Research & Innovation: Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend innovative approaches.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Statistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Java, or C++ for machine learning applications.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, XGBoost.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software development principles.
- Experience with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases for data storage and retrieval.
- Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Certifications in AI/ML from Google, AWS, or Coursera are a plus.iption
Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
Prior experience in deploying ML models to production at scale.
Knowledge of DevOps, automation, and version control (Git, GitHub, GitLab).
