Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and user-focused Interaction Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design intuitive and engaging user experiences by understanding user behavior, designing interactive elements, and ensuring seamless navigation across digital platforms. You will collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and product managers to bring designs to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and prototype user interactions for web, mobile, and software applications.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and iterate based on feedback.
- Work closely with UX designers, UI designers, developers, and product teams to create seamless user experiences.
- Ensure designs are accessible, intuitive, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies in interaction design.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field.
- Experience: [X] years in interaction or UX design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or Axure.
- Strong understanding of usability principles, information architecture, and human-centered design.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (a plus but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG).
Experience designing for mobile and responsive web applications.
Understanding of motion design and micro-interactions.
